Shocking: Heat must include this key player in any trade for a star.

Chris Hoke made his name in the Steel City, winning two Super Bowls with the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2000s.

Now, his son will hope to write his own legacy, as Lincoln Hoke, a standout defensive tackle like his father for North Allegheny, announced on X, formerly Twitter, that he has committed to the University of Pittsburgh.Lincoln Hoke, a Class of 2026 prospect, stands at 6-foot-2, 260 pounds and rates as a three-star recruit on 247. He’s an all-state player as well.

He chose Pitt over offers from West Virginia, Toledo, Akron, Buffalo, Kent State and a handful of other programs.

His father, Chris, played college football at BYU before signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2001 as an undrafted free agent. He’d end up playing 11 years for Pittsburgh, winning two Super Bowls in the process as a run-stopping nose-tackle.

His son will now try to do so in a talented Pitt defensive line room, which features former Pa. high school stars like Sean FitzSimmons and Jahsear Whittington
